How much do your services cost?
All of our services are based on either a flat fee monthly or a percent of sales. Each engagement proposal is built custom to your needs. To receive a quote, please book an introductory call today.
Are there additional fees?
Based on the work that needs to be performed, we may recommend additional vendors or even employees to contribute the success of our work with you. When outside of scope of work detailed in your proposal, we will discuss our recommendation and the additional expense with you first. A good example would be expert accounting services.
How do I get a free restaurant assessment?
As a first step, interview with a member of our team: book an introductory call today. We provide restaurant assessments with a primary purpose to provide a meaningful proposal to you for our services. This assessment is free when you book services with us within 60 days from our proposal, if you elect not to retain our services, the fee for the assessment is only $500.
Which services are the best for my restaurant?
Part of our assessment process is a recommendation as to which services are best for your restaurant, for your goals, and also includes approximate timelines.
Do you invest in all restaurants you work with?
For those restaurants who have completed our Optimization and Growth Planning, we may make offers that position us to manage future growth as an equity partner.
What if I only need one service?
All of our services are offered a la carte, or in sequence, as are our online courses.
Who will work with me and our restaurant?
Each engagement has one Principal Consultant, as well as a vendors or team members who are subject matter experts in areas such as operations, marketing, or accounting.
How soon can I start?
At present, there is a two-month lead time from our first assessment to beginning our services. We maintain a high level of customer engagement which naturally limits the number of clients we can take for in-person consulting services.
Can I speak to current and past clients?
Absolutely, provided you have executed our Mutual NDA. However, the identity of some of our clients is at their choice, confidential.
